Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support I to join our team at GCE Operating Company LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Efficiently triage user issues, create support tickets, and apply troubleshooting techniques for swift resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user operations
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating profound technical expertise and outstanding problem-solving capabilities to address user needs
- IT Maintenance: Regularly manage and resolve common IT issues, including maintenance of end-user devices, software troubleshooting, operating system fixes, and basic hardware problems, ensuring optimal system functionality
Requirements:
- Experience: Three years of technical support experience is required, with a preference for candidates adept in supporting users in a corporate environment through both face-to-face and remote interactions
- Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing problems with PCs, laptops, and popular software applications is required, along with highly developed analytical skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
