Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist II to join our team at ARRC Technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced IT professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions for various IT domains, including workstations, servers, networking, cloud services, security threats, and user access.
  • Provide excellent customer service, working effectively with staff in a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with management, staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Design, configure, and implement network infrastructure, including network servers and hardware, to meet client organizational needs.
  • Utilize monitoring software/hardware to maintain network infrastructure and identify potential issues before they impact users.
  • Perform routine checks, preventative measures, and automate repetitive tasks through scripting to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of experience working in an IT Service Team or MSP NOC Environment and holds CompTIA A+ Certification, Project+, and Network+ certifications. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience (ConnectWise, Autotask, TigerPaw), and have a pathway to higher credential or certification within 2 years.
