Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate service to guests, managing wait times and communicating information as needed.
- Repair and maintain amusement equipment in a timely manner, ensuring optimal guest experience.
- Load and refill tickets in redemption games, securing all ticket storage areas.
- Assist guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Conduct merchandise inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
- Assist with general store maintenance and collaborate with team members to achieve a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or electrical skills a plus.
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
- Physical demands include working in a noisy environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Competitive hourly rate: $15 - $16.5 per hour.
