Job Summary:
Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including detecting sources of leaks within buildings, underground, and on the exterior.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewage backup troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Work with blueprints and job specifications to determine work details or procedures.
• Install green plumbing equipment, such as faucet flow restrictors, dual-flush toilets, and tankless water heaters.
• Weld small pipes or special piping using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials.

Requirements:
• Experience in multifamily maintenance or equivalent field.
• HVAC and EPA certification (not mandatory).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required (not mandatory).
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• Must be flexible, dependable, and a team player.
• Travel is expected for this position.
