Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate product information and features to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree at the time of the internship.
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as needed.
- Previous experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position.
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's license.
