We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Summer Sales Internship program at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Summer Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and leadership development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate product information and features to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree at the time of the internship.
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's license.
