Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the Boat and ATV department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service and support to customers in the Boat and ATV department.
  • Meet with customers to determine their boating and ATV needs and provide information to assist them in making informed buying decisions.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Work cooperatively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Prepare the showroom each morning to ensure proper signage and product presentation.
  • Generate and manage leads and prospects in our CRM tool.
  • Participate in special events and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Meet and exceed pre-determined individual monthly sales goals.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
