Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and leads, and work to set appointments for vehicle sales or service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales associates, and service personnel to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Document all customer interactions and leads in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales associates to assign leads and appointments, and to ensure that customers receive timely follow-up and support.
  • Utilize sales scripts and processes to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales associates, and service personnel.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
