  We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

  Job Responsibilities
  As a Procurement Operations Senior Analyst at Alnylam, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing activities within your assigned Expertise Area (EA). Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Managing purchase requisitions to ensure adherence to cost-efficiency and quality standards
    • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ariba within the EA, providing guidance to stakeholders on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process
    • Building strong relationships with EA stakeholders to understand their needs and implement process improvements
    • Analyzing procurement processes to identify opportunities for optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements

  Required Skills and Qualifications
  To succeed in this role, you will need:
    • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as accounting or finance
    • 3-5 years of general business experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing
    • Proficiency in Source-to-Pay systems, including Workday Sourcing, Ironclad, Lextegrity, Process Unity, Ariba Guided Buying, VIM, SAP S4 Hana, and Ariba SLP
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
