Job Title: Cyber Security Administrator

Job Summary:
RBC Bearings is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and managing all network security measures. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring and analyzing systems for problems and vulnerabilities, ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Network security compliance auditing, remediation, and maintenance
• Developing and monitoring all IT security measures for compliance, threats, and vulnerabilities
• Adhering to policy and procedures for patching and maintenance of all IT systems and equipment
• Monitoring network and computer system performance for efficiency and making recommendations for future enhancements
• Conducting periodic vulnerability and security risk assessments for all sites
• Researching and evaluating cost-effective solutions to meet department and company needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network support and/or network management, or 8+ years of relevant work experience with CCNA or equivalent security certification
• Thorough knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies and security protocols
• Experience with Malware, Anti-virus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Network Detection and Response (NDR) solutions
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to interact with senior management and technical staff
