About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Advancement Services team as a Gift and Data Processing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate constituent biographical and gift data, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with relevant program policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and maintain accurate constituent biographical and gift data.
  2. Coordinate with documenting and maintaining gift and data processing policies and procedures with attention to quality and efficiency through implementations in technology.
  3. Create and manage constituent records in the database.
  4. Coordinate paper and electronic filing in accordance with IRS, Auditor, and College regulations.
  5. Utilizes reports to identify and correct entry errors.

  • Estimated annual salary: $44,500 - $46,500.
