Mission
We are witnessing one of the highest growth rates and lowest churn rates in the language industry. Our activation rate has consistently improved, with a significant increase in new annual recurring revenue (ARR) contracts year-over-year for the past three years. However, we are just beginning to unlock the full potential of our product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) strategies through meticulously planned product marketing initiatives aimed at generating meetings and building pipeline.
Your mission will be to enhance pipeline and ARR growth by developing and executing product marketing strategies that aim to triple our pipeline within the next 12 to 18 months.
Experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, messaging, positioning, customer insights, competitive analysis, and driving product adoption will be essential for your success, along with strong analytical skills to measure effectiveness.
Key Outcomes
- Create a comprehensive product marketing playbook and strategy.
- Outline a strategy to boost product adoption to meet our key metrics, pipeline, and ARR goals.
- Develop compelling messaging tailored to various use cases and personas that drives sales, while coordinating efforts between product, marketing, and sales to enhance awareness, trial, adoption, usage, and expansion of Smartcat's offerings.
- Establish a product marketing function that consistently utilizes market and customer insights to inform the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proven experience with GTM strategies targeting large enterprise accounts, preferably within HR or learning and development.
- Familiarity with both PLG and sales-led GTM approaches to implement effective go-to-market strategies across various channels.
- Strong writing skills to create engaging content for diverse influencer and executive decision-maker personas.
- Adept at identifying improvement opportunities and translating customer needs and market demands into effective messaging, content, and sales enablement strategies to achieve key results in revenue, adoption, and expansion.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in building relationships across marketing, product, sales, and other teams.
- Track record of delivering impactful campaigns that resonate in the market.
- Experience in making data-driven decisions and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results.
- Ability to translate projects and initiatives into measurable business impact.
