Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Esthetician/Beauty Consultant to join our team at Novuskin NV LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing advanced skincare treatments, and driving sales of our premium products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
  • Perform a range of aesthetic procedures and treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare techniques.
  • Promote and sell Novuskin NV LLC's products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing a high level of customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, personalized care, and exceptional service.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in skincare and beauty products, as well as Novuskin NV LLC's offerings.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation, participating in training and development as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years experience working in a similar position
  • Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License in good standing with State Board
  • 2 plus years experience in Sales
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in performing Aesthetic Treatments
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a Med Spa setting
