As a Marketing Specialist on Stryker's Neurosurgical team, you will have the chance and obligation to represent the High-Speed Drills Portfolio for the Neurosurgical Business. This is an exciting opportunity to join NS as we pursue our mission of enhancing neurosurgery and improving lives. This role allows you to gain insights into all facets of the Neurosurgical business, represent the High-Speed Drills Portfolio, support our salesforce and customers on a national scale, while cultivating commercial expertise for future positions within the organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist marketing managers in the development and sales support of various marketing segments.
  • Help coordinate and create marketing materials, assist with trade shows, literature development, presentations, and public relations.
  • Provide sales support to account managers through information gathering, proposal assistance, customer site visits, and sales calls.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain an updated library of competitive product information.
  • Contribute to new product development initiatives.
  • Deliver sales training on assigned products as needed.
  • Engage in customer visits as requested.
  • Participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities and markets as necessary.
  • Coordinate orders with customer service.
  • Offer exceptional sales support by addressing inquiries and resolving questions from account managers and customers.
  • Provide the sales team with timely competitive and technical data.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with Stryker specifications.
  • Other general and specific duties may be assigned in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • 0+ years of relevant work experience (required).
  • Internship experience related to marketing, sales, and/or healthcare (preferred).
