Job Description

ERA Energy is seeking a skilled Energy Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing defects in properties, specifying appropriate remedial work, and scheduling work in consultation with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting properties to collect information on their age, number of floors, building type, and heating and hot water systems.
  • Noting the number and sizes of rooms, corridors, windows, and fireplaces.
  • Surveying properties to determine property boundaries and providing data relevant to features of the Earth's surface.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to navigate rugged terrain.
