Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • A passion for fitness and health, with a strong desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands

  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to cleaning products and other chemicals.
