Medical Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator Specialist to support our medical team at NORTHWEST NEPHROLOGY CLINIC.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with routine clinical tasks to maintain the highest level of patient care.
- Accompany patients to exam rooms, promoting a comfortable and respectful environment.
- Perform venipunctures and routine urinalysis, adhering to strict safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in healthcare administration or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
