• Ability to interpret drawings and first article inspection results.

• Self-motivated and outgoing personality with strong relationship skills.

• Strong business and personal ethics, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, and Minitab.

Preferred qualifications include experience with sampling schemes, battery technology, bilingual Spanish, and certifications such as ASQCQE and 6 Sigma Green Belt.
