About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Leader to join our team at The Auto Club Group. As an Insurance Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales plans, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
  • Currently hold or able to attain and maintain appropriate State Property & Casualty Insurance licenses
  • 2+ years of experience in a Property and Casualty field operations environment
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
