Job Summary

The Preschool Program Director position at the Kiddie Academy of College Station is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced early childhood education professional to lead our preschool program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, staff supervision, and student assessment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.
  • Supervise and mentor early childhood education teachers to enhance their teaching skills and confidence.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that support student success.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in an accredited early childhood education setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing effective classroom management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and move around the classroom as needed.
