Clinical Leadership Opportunity at St. Joseph Health

As a Nurse Director with our organization, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced nurse leader who can provide strategic direction and oversight to our clinical teams. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring and managing budgets and resources
  • Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in a leadership role. A Master's degree may be considered without prior experience. We also require current RN licensure, BLS certification, and NRP certification.

Competitive compensation package: $40.56 - $58.81 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan.
