PHAT PANDA Brand Representative
This position operates on a contractual basis with flexible schedules, often including weekends. Compensation for this role is set at $25 per hour.


PRE-EVENT PREPARATION
  1. Dress in professional, clean attire featuring Phat Panda branding.
  2. Arrive with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
  3. Prepare a complete Vendor Kit the night before, including all necessary materials.
  4. Review the "Vendor Day Checklist" to ensure all items are ready for the event.
  5. Arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up before the event begins.

ON-SITE ARRIVAL
  1. Inquire about optimal parking options to avoid taking customer spaces.
  2. Introduce yourself to the staff and request to meet the Manager in Charge (MIC).
  3. If necessary, complete any required sign-in procedures.
  4. Consult with the MIC regarding the best setup location, ensuring access to electrical outlets if needed.
  5. Transport the vendor kit and setup materials into the venue and prepare your area.
  6. Request a list of current specials and pricing for all Phat Panda products from the MIC.

EVENT ENGAGEMENT
  1. Warmly greet and engage every customer, informing them of any specials or discounts available.
  2. Encourage customers to visit your table for samples or promotional items.
  3. Provide informative responses to customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  4. Maintain a friendly atmosphere, engaging with budtenders during quieter moments.
  5. Educate and foster relationships with staff when customers are not present.
  6. Remain on-site until the conclusion of the scheduled event unless instructed otherwise.

CLOSING PROCEDURES
  1. Do not dismantle your setup while customers are still interacting with you.
  2. Before packing up, confirm with staff and the MIC that all obligations have been met.
  3. Express gratitude to the staff for their cooperation and support.
  4. Carefully pack up your table and materials, ensuring organization for future events.
  5. Submit a recap of the event to the Field Representative and Management.
