The primary goal of this position is to elevate the visibility and promotion of client products through innovative marketing and merchandising strategies while effectively capturing and reporting data at various retail locations. The Territory Merchandiser will also be tasked with identifying new retail outlets to expand their territory. This includes employing creative marketing approaches and fostering strong professional relationships with retail personnel. Collectively, these responsibilities aim to drive market growth for our clients by ensuring their products are prominently displayed and strategically positioned within retail spaces.

Territory Location:

Seattle, WA

o Engaging with various locations and stores throughout the city

Schedule:

· Virtual Online Training: To be determined

· Weekly Schedule: 5 days per week - Sundays off, rotating Saturdays, and one weekday off. (For instance: First week - off Saturday and Sunday. Second week - off Wednesday and Sunday. *Some Sundays may be required in rotation*)

Requirements:

· Background Check Required upon selection

· High School Diploma

· Valid Driver's License + Independent Transportation

· Experience in Retail Merchandising

· Experience as a Brand Ambassador Lead or in Management

· Capability to lift over 50lbs

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

· Actively promoting client products

· Accurately gathering and reporting data

· Managing the assigned territory

· Proactively seeking and sourcing additional points of sale

· Building relationships with point of sale staff

· Regular visits and marketing efforts at various points of sale locations

Compensation:

$24/hr + Monthly Bonus + Monthly Car Allowance
