Position Overview

  • Oversee the entire construction process to guarantee that projects are executed according to design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Organize, coordinate, and manage onsite activities, including scheduling, material management, and support personnel.
  • Guide craft workers and/or contractor/sub-contractor teams as necessary.
  • Offer technical support, including interpretation of blueprints, advising on construction techniques, and equipment recommendations.
  • Conduct estimating and documentation for additional work and ensure the proper issuance of change orders.
  • Monitor the productivity of craft workers and ensure the effective use of materials and equipment, as well as the overall contractual performance of the project.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and estimating within the commercial electrical construction and service sector.
  • A valid Electrical License at the Journeyman or Master level is highly preferred.
  • Experience in supervising personnel, including craft workers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical construction and service management practices, including relevant technologies, equipment, contracts, NEC requirements, and associated estimating, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (EXCEL/WORD) and estimating software; experience with ACCUBID is a plus.
  • A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and MVR check when duties necessitate operating motor vehicles.
