About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Inflight Training to join our team at Frontier Airlines. As a key member of our Inflight Training Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated training, as well as any other training required by the Inflight Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Cheyenne Inflight Training Center
  • Manage on-location situations that arise, including student dismissals, behavioral issues, and interactions with host hotels and vendors
  • Act as a decision-maker and communicator to the Manager, Inflight Training
  • Conduct FAA and DOT regulated Initial and Requalification training
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations related to Flight Attendant training
  • Oversee Flight Attendant trainees during Initial training, including performance assessment, management, counseling, and coaching
  • Supervise, schedule, and support line trainers
  • Be qualified and maintain qualification as a Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant
  • Oversee Inflight contract trainers and facilitators during training periods
  • Assist with writing and revising the Flight Attendant Manual
  • Support special projects and committees
  • Provide constructive feedback to management and the Flight Attendant training team on personnel-related activities of training participants
  • Maintain records of all training activities, participants, and results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a leadership role required
  • 1 year of experience as an Assigned Line Instructor Flight Attendant preferred
  • Professional experience in teaching, training, or adult education preferred
  • 1 year of experience in FAR 121 programs preferred
