Job Summary:

The University of Wyoming is seeking a skilled Photography Supervisor to oversee the visual content of the Branding Iron newspaper and BI Online Web site. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of photographers and ensure high-quality visual content is produced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and oversee photo shoots for the newspaper and web site
• Provide guidance and feedback to photographers to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with section editors to plan and execute visual content
• Supervise payroll procedures for photographers
• Meet with editor as needed to discuss visual content and direction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Access to a digital camera
• Full-time student
• Available for training on August 21 and 22

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in photography and visual content creation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
