Operations Manager

Far West Services, LLC is seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Operations Manager to join our leadership team. The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager is to collaborate with the District Manager to oversee the daily functions of the establishment, ensuring outstanding customer service and effectively managing both front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering superior customer experiences and achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications/ Education/ Experience: At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience in the food service or restaurant industry. Food Handler Certification is mandatory and can be obtained during onboarding. Proficient in using computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) technology. Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous. Summary of Key Responsibilities
The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Upholding integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Far West Services, LLC. Responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling team members in collaboration with the District Manager. Partner with the District Manager and Human Resources to manage team performance, including coaching and disciplinary actions. Maintain effective communication with the District Manager regarding operational and human resources matters. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain composure during high-volume periods to ensure the store operates smoothly and sets a positive example for the team. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping. Identify and resolve food preparation issues while assisting the team in addressing customer service challenges with professionalism. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to sanitation standards and legal regulations. Take ownership of new responsibilities and seek opportunities to enhance job performance. Adhere to operational policies and standards, ensuring quality food service and safety protocols. Maintain the facility according to company standards and communicate maintenance needs effectively. Utilize company resources to mentor and develop team members, ensuring a high-performing team. Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive results through collaboration to meet store objectives.
