Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute projects in alignment with SERVPRO protocols as per work orders.
- Respond to service requests, establish effective job flow, coordinate job requirements, and complete necessary documentation.
- Supervise production activities and monitor job progress from initiation to completion.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations on-site.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Essential Duties:
- Clarify processes and address customer inquiries as needed.
- Monitor and respond to customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate clear expectations to team members and oversee their tasks.
- Execute production tasks as scheduled while ensuring quality standards.
- Identify and communicate safety risks, implementing control measures to protect all personnel.
- Resolve issues promptly as they arise.
- Maintain accurate job documentation for project details.
- Control production costs effectively.
- Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and workspaces.
- Engage in sales and marketing efforts, including upselling services.

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to travel locally or out of state as needed.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to various chemicals.
- Capability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Comfort working in confined spaces.
- Repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects.
