About the Role

We are a growth-minded, design-build General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of light industrial design-build projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior project management role
  • Proven experience managing light industrial design-build projects
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
