Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will work together with the Project Manager to execute the overall job plan as defined by bid documents, bid estimate, and start-up meeting agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in CPM schedule preparation with the Project Manager and Scheduler to verify production rates and proposed durations.
  • Work with the Project Manager to locate and mobilize field offices.
  • Maintain a safe work place per OSHA.
  • Daily manage labor, materials, and equipment, meet or beat bid estimated unit costs, and maintain progress per approved CPM.
