About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Tech to join our team at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and perform venipuncture procedures as needed
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical technologies and procedures
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
  • CA Certified Nuclear Med Tech (CNMT) certification
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in a related field
