Your Profile

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience with recruitment software
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources or recruiting
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate experience

Your Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for all internal inquiries regarding recruiting
  • Recruiting process optimization, including support for process improvement and candidate experience
  • Agency management, including independent collaboration with agencies and management of communication channels
  • Lead generation, including conception and management of measures for generating potential candidates
  • Data analysis and derivation of measures, including provision of numbers, data, and facts for deriving action measures
  • Recruiting trends and innovations, including evaluation, transfer, and continuous development of current recruiting trends
  • Campaign management, including planning, implementation, and execution of detailed campaigns
  • Applicant software optimization, including further development and optimization of applicant software
  • Multi-channel marketing and budget management, including use of various marketing channels and independent management of budget
  • Data analysis and optimization, including use of data analysis to measure campaign success
