Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage Point's Quality Control Program to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Coordinate sample reviews of funded, denied, and serviced products to identify areas for improvement.
- Process findings reports, assign tasks, and monitor resolution to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Provide monthly summary reporting to the management team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve identified issues and implement process improvements.
- Support audits and examinations by providing clear and concise procedures and documentation.
- Participate in projects as assigned by the manager, seeking out efficiencies and process improvements within the scope of duties.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on mortgage lending.
- Prior work experience managing and/or executing quality control programs.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw conclusions using data.
- General knowledge of consumer lending products, applications, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills among all levels of business partners.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing time effectively and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
