About the Role

The Quality Control Program Manager is a critical member of our team at Point Digital Finance, Inc., responsible for overseeing our quality control review program and driving key quality improvement initiatives. This role involves executing reviews of funded, denied, and serviced products to ensure conformance with internal policies and investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage Point's Quality Control Program to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Coordinate sample reviews of funded, denied, and serviced products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process findings reports, assign tasks, and monitor resolution to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Provide monthly summary reporting to the management team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve identified issues and implement process improvements.
  • Support audits and examinations by providing clear and concise procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in projects as assigned by the manager, seeking out efficiencies and process improvements within the scope of duties.
About You
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on mortgage lending.
  • Prior work experience managing and/or executing quality control programs.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw conclusions using data.
  • General knowledge of consumer lending products, applications, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills among all levels of business partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing time effectively and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
