Job Title: QA Lead Software and Regulatory

About the Role:

Kohler Co. is seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our software products in the health and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with software development and deployment.
  • Design and execute testing strategies to ensure software meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to software quality assurance, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to software development teams on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regulatory agency inspections and audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on FDA-regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and industry standards related to software development and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
