Job Title: QA Lead Software and Regulatory

About the Role:

Kohler Co. is seeking a highly skilled QA Lead Software and Regulatory to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and regulatory risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and participate in regulatory agency inspections and audits.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA-Regulated environment and ISO 13485.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
