Key Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Fabrication Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. **Project Management:** Oversee and manage pre-fabrication projects from start to finish.
2. **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients and design teams to grasp project specifications and formulate comprehensive project plans.
3. **Resource Allocation:** Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

9. **Compliance Assurance:** Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality benchmarks.

11. **Process Improvement:** Collaborate with internal teams to enhance pre-fabrication processes and standards.

Qualifications:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (required).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in light gauge steel or wood framing mechanics (required) and at least 5 years in pre-fabrication project management (preferred).
- **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of pre-fabrication processes, materials, and techniques.
- **Software Proficiency:** Familiarity with project management tools such as Revit and Struccsoft MWF.
