Job Summary

The Kelly Group is seeking a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its Marion, Arkansas, location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of fabricators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Estimate and budget projects, perform take-offs, and order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and communicating with a safe and motivated facility crew.
  • Coordinate projects with field crews and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fabrication facility management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving production goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inventory control and compliance experience.
  • Basic drafting skills, including CAD.
