Position Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Are you prepared to contribute to the Branch Development team at Edward Jones?
Role Highlights:
Join the Edward Jones Connection (EJC) division, acting as a fiduciary for our smaller clients in partnership with local Branch Office Teams. Collaborate with Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional service to clients, whether through phone interactions or virtual platforms. Ideal candidates should possess a robust understanding of finance, client service, and product management. This salaried role offers the flexibility of remote work.
We provide extended service hours from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST to meet our clients' needs. Your schedule will be tailored according to your time zone and departmental requirements, typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Financial Advisor for smaller clients, ensuring a smooth connection with the branch team
- Engage and retain clients by offering customized solutions to address their financial needs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, efficiently resolving any service-related issues
- Collaborate with Client Service Administrators to ensure exceptional customer service
- Promptly address any compliance or field supervision concerns
Minimum Salary: $70,659
Maximum Salary: $116,516
Qualifications and Skills
*Possession of current Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent (Series 63 and 65) is required.
Insurance licensure may be necessary in the future.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the securities industry, ideally as a Financial Advisor or in a related capacity. A background in business studies is preferred.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are essential.
Proficiency in financial planning, market analysis, and excellent communication skills are required.
Demonstrated capacity to adapt, make informed decisions, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with various software applications, including Salesforce and Excel. Knowledge of MoneyGuide is a plus.
Associates with an H.B.A. designation will undergo annual home office audits.
Candidates within a reasonable commuting distance from our home offices are expected to work on-site three days a week.
