Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with B2W Estimate Software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing documents and files.
  • Strong technical writing and correspondence abilities.
  • Capability to interpret blueprints and perform quantity takeoffs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Capacity to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

This role is subject to federal drug and alcohol testing regulations.
