About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Welder to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. This is a high-paying opportunity for those with experience in welding and a passion for working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

  • Weld various types of metals, including aluminum, steel, and galvanneal, using a range of welding equipment.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as industrial saws, to perform tasks related to truck body construction.
  • Inspect and test welded products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and meet customer demands.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in welding and/or heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency in multiple welding materials.
  • Basic math and computer skills, as well as experience with hand tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
