Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at Advantage Resourcing in Dayville, CT. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a competitive salary of $18 per hour.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, materials, and information within our warehouse facility. Your primary duties will include:
  • Picking and packing orders efficiently
  • Performing quality inspections to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Loading and unloading freight safely and securely
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits
  • Transporting materials to designated warehouse locations
  • Operating automated shrink-wrapping machines and material handling equipment
  • Completing and maintaining required paperwork accurately

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of prior warehouse experience. You must be detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated, with strong communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
