Lead Aluminum Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Aluminum Fabricator to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong background in welding, fabrication, and leadership.

Salary: $26.70/hour + benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) savings plan with company match.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of welders and fabricators to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in meeting production targets and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of welders and fabricators to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes and workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of aluminum fabrication techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
