Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Mobile Electrical Project Supervisors for a prominent Electrical Contracting firm. This opportunity is for long-term employment, not a temporary or contract position. You will be directly employed by the contractor, and we are here to facilitate connections between exceptional candidates and a reputable company. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a $9,000 annual vehicle allowance and a gas card. Travel expenses, accommodations, and per diem will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning through to execution.
  • Distribute resources effectively for designated projects.
  • Supervise on-site staff and personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address urgent requirements at job sites, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of craftsmanship that align with original designs and specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance and safety evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of extensive experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, including leadership and management of foremen and crews on-site.
  • In-depth electrical knowledge, including proficiency in installation within new construction (multi-story projects) and renovations, project planning and layout, blueprint interpretation, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, quality control/testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Capability to mentor, instruct, and guide foremen and electrical construction teams.
  • Familiarity with construction management software, preferably Procore.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is advantageous.
  • Possession of a Journeyman or Master Electrician's License is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
