Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mailroom and Lockbox Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient handling of incoming mail and processing of lockbox accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the cutting and sorting of incoming mail from various sources.
2. Process lockbox accounts by extracting contents, negotiating checks, and preparing outputs according to client specifications within established timeframes.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing tasks, which may require extended periods of sitting.

Work Schedule:
The work schedule will commence early in the morning and continue until all tasks are completed based on daily volume.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience and job responsibilities.

Benefits:
Eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes major medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401k plan.
