ZK Technology LLC is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to foster long-term, trustworthy connections with our valued clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a portfolio of designated clients, cultivate new business from current accounts, and proactively pursue new sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client account management activities.
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and effective processing of sales orders and inquiries based on client needs.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients while pinpointing areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities.
  • Assist with complex client requests or issue escalations as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Extensive experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience in delivering client-centered solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
