Position Overview:
This role involves driving to client locations and applying effective pest control treatments. While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates must complete a comprehensive training program that includes 20 hours of online coursework followed by 40 hours of supervised, paid training. After training, technicians will be expected to obtain the necessary licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit responsibility and strong communication skills.
- Maintain and acquire appropriate licensing.
- Care for assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma; some college education is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Enjoy working outdoors and interacting with clients.
- Be proficient with computers and smart devices.
As you grow within our organization, there will be opportunities to take on additional leadership or management roles.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid work visa.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
