Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at the Polynesian Cultural Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day reservations support, including Power BI reporting dashboard, and will play a key role in formulating multi-year product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the IT Manager in the Product Life Cycle, including creation of product plans and understanding business risks and their mitigation.
  • Work in a team to define and document work processes, identify key issues, and understand customer base, business processes, and document customer requirements.
  • Interact with vendors, consultants, and professional groups to develop business cases and feasibility analysis.
  • Identify organizational and customer impact and perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry track record of successful assisting in product development and/or product management.
  • 1+ year of experience with Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with lifecycle management and support.
  • Fluency in the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
