Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers in their homes. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH Network equipment and services in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a variety of environments
