Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Field Technician to join our team at Ditch Witch West. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with heavy construction equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Travel to customer locations in a fully loaded service vehicle, interacting with customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in diagnostic software
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • Driver's license with a good driving record; CDL preferred
  • Ability to reside in the Wenatchee, WA area
