Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers. You'll work independently, using your technical expertise to install and troubleshoot our services, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and internet services in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Work efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and services, ensuring you're equipped to deliver the best possible experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
