Retail Coordinator Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner
- Promote a culture of honesty and integrity by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily store operations and making decisions in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure the store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with the store plan, prioritizing as needed to meet sales goals and customer demands
- Address immediate customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates to ensure they meet customer expectations
- Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers and maintain a positive reputation for the company
- Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas to ensure a positive customer experience
- Ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures, including opening and closing duties, to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities to ensure a smooth operation of the store
- Provide recognition and feedback to Associates to improve their performance and job satisfaction
- Support Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and productivity
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures to protect the company and its employees
- Promote credit and loyalty programs to increase sales and customer engagement
- Support shrink reduction goals and programs to minimize losses and protect company assets
- Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment for customers and employees
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs and customer demands
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve common goals
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, adapting quickly to new information and challenges
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures to perform job duties efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores to ensure efficient restocking and inventory management
- Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks to achieve results and improve performance
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with similar responsibilities and requirements

- An estimated salary range of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience
