We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily store operations and making decisions in accordance with company guidelines
  • Ensure the store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with the store plan, prioritizing as needed to meet sales goals and customer demands
  • Address immediate customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates to ensure they meet customer expectations
  • Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers and maintain a positive reputation for the company
  • Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures, including opening and closing duties, to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities to ensure a smooth operation of the store
  • Provide recognition and feedback to Associates to improve their performance and job satisfaction
  • Support Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and productivity
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures to protect the company and its employees
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Support shrink reduction goals and programs to minimize losses and protect company assets
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment for customers and employees
Requirements:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs and customer demands
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve common goals
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, adapting quickly to new information and challenges
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures to perform job duties efficiently and effectively
  • Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores to ensure efficient restocking and inventory management
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks to achieve results and improve performance
  • Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with similar responsibilities and requirements
